We all have the potential to be great leaders, but it’s about honing the right skills. 

We’ll dive into what true leadership means, from communication and problem-solving to emotional intelligence and teamwork. Leadership isn’t just about a title – it’s about the mindset, values, and skills that empower you to inspire positive change.

In this program, your child will learn:

1. Introduction to Leadership: What it means to be a true leader.

2. Coaching and Leadership: The art of guiding others to success.

3. Emotional Intelligence: Understand and manage your emotions.

4. Effective Communication: Convey ideas and connect with others.

5. Goal Setting and Vision: Set and achieve SMART goals.

6. Teamwork: Collaborate and succeed together as a cohesive unit.

 

Sessions description: 6 sessions, delivered online, once a week, 2 hours per session

Age groups: 7-11 years old, 12-14 years old, 15-19 years old

"Beyond Academics: How to Develop and Understand Time Management, Self-Advocacy, Emotional Regulation in the Teen Years" Coaching and Learning Program

The program is an educational course that will primarily focus on developing an understanding of what basic executive functioning skills look like, and how to implement these skills into the learners daily life.

Upon the completion of the course the learner will gain knowledge and skills to be able to plan, organize and complete tasks, focus on working towards independence.

Executive functioning skills such as time management, planning and scheduling, social skills will be looked at. Tools and strategies will be used to improve these skills.

This course includes practical exercises and activities to help the learner apply a set of executive functioning and life skills during the learning process and in real life.

In this program, your child will learn:

 1. Time Management And Organization: Strategies for planning and prioritizing tasks.

2. Attention and Focus: Goal Setting and self-monitoring.

3. Flexibility and problem-solving: Skills for adapting to changing situations.

4. Self-advocacy: How to advocate for your own needs.

5. Self-regulation: Helping teens understand and manage their own emotions.

6. Social skills: Teaching strategies for effective communication and social interaction.

7. Group Coaching Session – Creating a Vision Board And Asking Self Reflective Questions Of How To Achieve What Is In the Board.Intelligence: Understand and manage your emotions.


Sessions description: 14 sessions, delivered online, twice a week, 1 hour per session

Age groups: 12-14 years old, 15-17 years old
